Kerrang! Radio Podcasts

You'll find that any page that has this image on it
,will give you a link to the XML file (in RSS v2.0 format if you really need to know) that includes the list of all the Podcasts available in that feed. In most cases, your PodCatching software will need to know the URL that the image is pointing at. To get this, right click on the image (under Windows PC) and select "Copy Shortcut" from the pop-up menu. Other computer operating systems will have similar functionality. Then open your PodCatcher software and follow the instructions on how to add a new feed.
In most cases, you will want to schedule the download of Enclosures (the fancy name for the media files) during off-hours so that when you undock your personal media player in the morning, you are ready to go.
