Fightstar have announced details of a brand new single that will be released before the end of the year.

A City On Fire is out on December 7th. It's not from most recent album Be Human, it's one of five songs recorded with producer Carl Brown over the last few months.

Frontman Charlie Simpson describes the song as being about "the rat race that tends to surround daily life in London."

A cover of Don MacLean's Vincent will be included on the B-Side.
