K-Boom! Radio is a workshop that offers school children the opportunity for work based learning through Kerrang! Radio.

K! - K-Boom! Radio is a workshop that offers school children the opportunity for work based learning through Kerrang! radio, working with a number of departments to deliver a radio show based on any subject/theme. This unique project has been successfully delivered by Bauer Media across the North West of England for a couple of years.

K! - All of the K! staff delivering the workshop are CRB checked and specialists in their field.

K! - Working on a number of work related skill sets the workshops have been designed to increase self-esteem, confidence and the ability to work as a team as well as fulfilling podcasting objectives set by the school/year.

K! - Kerrang! are committed to helping schools deliver these projects helping them identify full or match funding opportunities from within the school or local community/companies.

K! – Content of the student radio show is led by learning objectives of the school OR relevant sponsors and all content created is bespoke to support the desired outcome.
