FAQ

- Why can't I listen to Kerrang! Radio outside of the UK?

Kerrang! Radio’s music license (PRS/PPL) is for the UK only, which means that we can only broadcast to the UK (we don’t have any royalty agreements with any other countries outside of the UK). For that reason we are unable to broadcast Kerrang! Radio to countries outside of the United Kingdom.

- I have a mobile device that isn't iOS, Android or BlackBerry. Can I still listen?

The Kerrang! Player is available on mobile browsers. Just visit kerrangradio.co.uk/live or kerrangradio.co.uk/listenagain on your mobile browser.

Alternatively, there are some third party mobile apps that will allow you to listen to Kerrang! Radio on Windows Phone and other devices. These include Radioplayer and TuneIn.

- I'm trying to listen on the Kerrang! Player/Mobile App but it isn't working. What should I do?

If you have problems listening online or through the app, the first thing you should always try is reloading the page or restarting the app. Failing that, clearing your cache may fix the issue. Otherwise, please e-mail radioplayer@bauermedia.co.uk and provide as much detail about your device, browser type and the specifics of the issue as you can.
