- Why can't I listen to Kerrang! Radio outside of the UK?
Kerrang! Radio’s music license (PRS/PPL) is for the UK only, which means that we can only broadcast to the UK (we don’t have any royalty agreements with any other countries outside of the UK). For that reason we are unable to broadcast Kerrang! Radio to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
- I have a mobile device that isn't iOS, Android or BlackBerry. Can I still listen?
- I'm trying to listen on the Kerrang! Player/Mobile App but it isn't working. What should I do?
If you have problems listening online or through the app, the first thing you should always try is reloading the page or restarting the app. Failing that, clearing your cache may fix the issue. Otherwise, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and provide as much detail about your device, browser type and the specifics of the issue as you can.
